Dropped my truck off Wednesday afternoon was told it would only take 8-10 hours to complete but they would let me know when I could pick it up. Friday afternoon late I decided to go get my truck expecting it done but instead was told they pulled the mechanic working on it off to put on a ride they really wanted to get sold and it wouldn’t be ready until Tuesday so I was out a vehicle 6 days for a 10 hour job only to find out Tuesday I had to take it somewhere else to complete the job because they do not have an alignment machine and I had to pay for it myself. What’s even worse they tried to charge me a make believe $250 deductible as if i didn’t already know my warranty was a $0 deductible so how many people do they do that to and get away with it. I used to get all my vehicles done here but that’s over with I will drive an hour to another dealership from now on

Guys did good with the service, but 170 something dollars for an oil change and tire rotation is crazy. I will drive the extra 15 minutes from my house to Smart in Whitehall and only pay 109 dollars for the same thing…..
